1. I have signed up for your trial. Now what should I do?
First you need to download the training manual, read and understand it thoroughly. If you have any questions, call ZoneTraderPro on our toll free phone number. Then watch all of the ZoneTraderPro videos in the video library. When something unusual occurs, a video will be made of it and placed in the knowledge base section. If you are going to be away from the market and not able to watch, you can try a product from TechSmith called Camtasia which will record your screen, so that you can come and review the days trading session at any time.
2. My trial is about expire, how do I continue your service?
There are two methods that you can use to sign up. The monthly license plan and the permanent purchase license. Follow the links under the Sign Up tab for each option. If you choose the monthly license, it is recommended that you sign up two days in advance to avoid an interruption in service. ZoneTraderPro has created a two day trial period under the monthly license, so that you will receive two days free. You will not be charged until the third day after you sign up, and the monthly cycle begins on the third day. You need to sign up early, because the method to authorize your use of the ZoneTraderPro software script is not automatic as the signup was.
3. How do I cancel your service?
You must cancel the service through Paypal, under the manage my subscriptions link. ZoneTraderPro can not process a cancellation, only Paypal can.
4. Will ZoneTraderPro always offer a monthly licensing plan?
No. The monthly license plan will be eliminated in the future. If you are on a monthly license you will be allowed to remain at your current monthly payment rate as long as you do not cancel your subscription through Paypal.
5. What kind of computer do I need to trade your system?
My personal systems have 3 year old Pentium 4 hyper-threaded processors with 2 GB of RAM and they run Esignal and NinjaTrader. In May 2007 I built a super fast Pentium Core2 Duo system for around $1200, half of that cost being the top of the line video card. Faster is always better, but because ZoneTraderPro is developing your entries and targets in advance, a top of the line system is not necessary. I would strongly encourage a 4 monitor system. If possible, I would place the program that executes trades on a computer separate from Esignal, and ideally this would be a laptop, to allow you time to exit a trade in case of power failure. A battery backup would keep your modem and router working and the laptop could be unplugged to extend the working time of the battery backup.
6. Why do your statistics end in 2007?
The statistics were created to develop a trading plan, not as a sales tool. With over 7000 trades in all market conditions, this goal has been met. Additionally it takes between 2-8 hours per trading day to mark the trades and create the web pages.
